Sleep & Rest
Sleep Supplement Gummie – Melatonine & Extracts
Your rest shouldn’t be optional.

THE FACT
In Europe, sleep deprivation and sleep disorders chronically affect between 20% and 30% of the adult population¹.

SOUND FAMILIAR?
You leave work, but your head stays at the workplace. You get into bed, but sleep takes its time coming. You’re tired but you can’t fall asleep. Sound familiar?

THE BRIDGE
That’s how Sleep Supplement Gummie – Melatonine & Extracts was born: these 1mg melatonin gummies combined with lemon balm, lemongrass and passionflower. One gummy for those specific moments when sleep won’t come.

Origin / why
Sleep – Melatonine & Extracts is a gummy designed for periods of temporary stress or heavy workload, when it’s harder to switch off and fall asleep. It provides 1 mg of melatonin, which contributes to the reduction of time taken to fall asleep, along with lemon balm, lemongrass and passionflower extracts, making it a practical sleep supplement for those specific nights.

“A common mistake is taking melatonin and expecting it to act like a sleeping pill. But melatonin doesn’t have an immediate effect: it does help reduce the time it takes to fall asleep, but it’s important to pair it with an environment and habits that support sleep.”

Allergens

Warnings
Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of young children. Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dose. It is important to follow a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Excessive consumption may have a laxative effect. Not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women.
Contraindications
Do not take before activities requiring attention, driving or operating machinery, as melatonin may cause drowsiness. Not suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding (see Warnings). In epilepsy, autoimmune diseases or other neurological conditions, it’s worth assessing individually with a healthcare professional, as melatonin may affect circadian rhythms and immune modulation. In irritable bowel syndrome, digestive sensitivity, recurrent diarrhoea or a low-FODMAP diet, bear in mind that maltitol and sorbitol may have a laxative effect if consumed in excess. For night or rotating shifts, melatonin timing should be planned carefully, as taking it at the wrong time may increase drowsiness during work hours or worsen circadian misalignment.
Interactions
Routine combination with Sleep Supplement Powder – Melatonin & Extracts is not recommended: together, total melatonin would reach around 2 mg/day, plus additional relaxing extracts, so it’s best to choose one or the other. Caution is advised with anxiolytics, hypnotics, antidepressants, antiepileptics, anticoagulants, antihypertensives or any sedative medication; check with a healthcare professional.

Eye-opening fact
People with difficulty falling asleep have a 29% higher risk of a commuting accident on their way to work, according to a study of over 89,000 workers¹.
02
Myth vs. reality
Myth:
“The more melatonin you take, the faster you fall asleep.”
Reality:
That’s not how it works. Melatonin’s effect on sleep doesn’t increase without limit the more you take; in fact, beyond a certain amount, there’s no extra benefit².
03
Top ingredient (fun fact)
Melatonin is also naturally present in some foods, such as pistachios and tart cherries³.

9to5 tip
Try exposing yourself to sunlight in the morning. This helps make your body less sensitive to light at night, including the blue light emitted by screens⁴, and therefore helps promote sleepiness.
