“Potassium is an essential mineral involved in nerve impulse transmission and muscle function. To meet daily needs, the goal isn’t to look for a single food that’s ‘rich in potassium,’ but rather to combine different sources throughout the day, such as fruits, vegetables, legumes, potatoes, nuts, and dairy products.”

01
Eye-opening fact
Potassium is the most abundant mineral inside our cells, with levels up to 30 times higher than in the blood surrounding them¹.
That balance is key to the normal functioning of nerve and muscle signals.
02
Myth vs. reality
Myth:
“When I’m stressed, eating worse is simply a lack of willpower.”
Reality:
Stress can influence which foods we crave and how we eat, especially toward highly palatable foods.² This doesn’t mean a craving is “bad”: recognizing it and deciding what amount and what moment works for you is also part of flexible eating.
03
Top ingredient
When fried, banana loses much of its water content. That’s what gives it such an intense flavor and crunchy texture³.

9to5 tip: Do one thing first, prioritize, then move on to the next.
In moments of greater stress, we tend to have accumulated tasks. Instead of trying to solve everything at once, start with one, take a brief pause, and decide what the next priority is. Reducing constant switching between unfinished tasks is an effective way to bring some order to a day that’s racing against the clock.
