Energy — Guarana & Ginseng combines magnesium and vitamins C, B6 and B12, which contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Can I take it if I also drink coffee?

Yes. Each Energy — Guarana & Ginseng sachet provides just 4.2 mg of caffeine — very little compared to a cup of coffee (around 90 mg). If you also have coffee, tea or energy drinks that day, just keep your total caffeine intake under 400 mg a day, the limit EFSA recommends for healthy adults across all sources combined.

Can I combine it with other supplements?

Yes, it’s compatible with an additional B-complex or other forms of magnesium (bisglycinate, citrate) if you’re looking for a higher intake.

Is Energy — Guarana & Ginseng unsuitable for anyone?

It’s not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding, for minors, or for people undergoing antidiabetic, anticoagulant or MAO inhibitor treatment. Also avoid it if you have anxiety, insomnia, tachycardia, uncontrolled hypertension or an active peptic ulcer. If in doubt, check with your doctor before taking it.

When should I take it?

In the morning or mid-morning, dissolved in 200 ml of water.
