Focus
Focus Supplement Powder – Zinc
Heads up, eyes up!

THE FACT
Across Europe, 49% of workers are exposed to high-speed work, while 48% experience pressure from tight deadlines¹.
Working quickly and meeting tight deadlines are part of the working day for almost half of European workers.

SOUND FAMILIAR?
Do you finish one task only to find three more waiting for you? Meetings, messages, decisions, deadlines…
Some days, simply maintaining your attention and concentration across everything you do feels like another hard task.

THE BRIDGE
That is why we developed Focus Supplement Powder – Zinc: a powdered formula in sachets containing zinc, vitamin B12, caffeine from guarana, L-theanine from green tea, and lion’s mane, designed for occasional use during periods of high mental demand.

Origin / why
Because some days require extra mental effort. Time to switch focus ON.
Zinc contributes to normal cognitive function, while vitamin B12 supports normal psychological function, in a formula developed to help during occasional periods of high mental demand.

Eye-opening fact
Did you know that, in one study, office workers recorded an average of 25 interruptions during a single working day? Emails, calls, messages, meetings, and conversations can interrupt work throughout the day.
The study also found that the relationship between interruptions and feeling overloaded was stronger when the main tasks were more complex¹ .
02
Myth vs. reality
Myth:
“After an interruption, I can pick up a task exactly where I left off.”
Reality:
When we are interrupted, our attention must shift to a different target before returning to the task we were carrying out. This switch can increase the mental workload associated with the task² .

Top ingredient
Did you know that lion’s mane gets its name from its distinctive appearance?
Lion’s mane (Hericium erinaceus) is an edible mushroom that develops long, white, spine-like structures resembling a lion’s mane³.

9to5 tip
Protect your focus, but protect your breaks too.
Identify the parts of your workday that require the most attention, and try to protect them from interruptions you can control. Silence notifications while preparing a report, avoid switching tasks while checking an order or medication, or set aside a specific time to respond to non-urgent messages and calls. When it is time to stop, take a proper break. Breaks need their own protected space too, particularly during periods of greater mental demand.
