How to take melatonin in this product?

Sleep — Melatonin & Extracts provides 1 mg of melatonin per sachet. To get its sleep-onset benefits, take melatonin shortly before bed. Dissolve one sachet in 200 ml of water and stir until completely dissolved. Do not consume it undiluted.

Can Sleep — Melatonin & Extracts help if I have difficulty falling asleep?

It provides 1 mg of melatonin, which may help reduce the time it takes to fall asleep. Use it with good sleep habits, such as maintaining a regular schedule and gradually reducing activity and screen exposure before bed.
