Antioxidant Functional Snack – Almond & Blueberries mix
A handful, a pause, and go for it.

THE FACT
In Europe, ultra-processed foods can account for up to 44% of the calories we consume each day¹.
But providing calories is not the same as providing nutritional quality, since ultra-processed foods tend to be less filling than minimally processed foods.

SOUNDS FAMILIAR?
It’s five in the afternoon. You’re feeling low on energy, but the shift isn’t over yet and all you have within reach is the vending machine.

THE BRIDGE
That’s why we developed Antioxidant Functional Snack – Almond & Blueberries Mix: nuts and seeds with vitamin E and manganese, ready to eat and satisfy your hunger with quality functional nutrition.

Origin / why
Antioxidant – Almond & Blueberries mix combines pumpkin seeds, almonds, sunflower seeds, cashews, coconut and dried blueberries. This nut mix’s combination of healthy fats, plant protein and fibre helps generate satiety, making it a practical alternative to pastries or ultra-processed snacks during the workday.

“Swap pastries or ultra-processed snacks for a handful of nuts and seeds. I recommend having them during a break, away from screens: eating while distracted in front of a screen can make you eat more without realising it, because the brain doesn’t properly register the fullness signal.”
