Focus
Focus Supplement Vial – Vitamins & Ginkgo
When your mind needs an extra boost

THE FACT
In a recent study of office workers, average mental workload reached 66 out of 100, a level considered high.¹

SOUND FAMILIAR?
Paying attention, remembering, making decisions, responding and constantly switching focus all require cognitive effort. As the workday progresses, that effort can translate into a greater sense of mental fatigue.

THE BRIDGE
That is why we created Focus Supplement Vial – Vitamins & Ginkgo.
A formula designed to support you during times when maintaining mental performance throughout the workday requires extra effort.

Origin / why
Focus – Vitamins & Ginkgo combines phosphatidylserine, Ginkgo biloba extract, and five B vitamins in a convenient formula for times when your mind struggles to keep pace with your day.

01
Eye-opening fact
2 in 3 women report memory problems during the menopause transition.¹Además, el estudio observó que la relación entre las interrupciones y la sensación de sobrecarga era mayor cuanto más complejas eran las tareas¹ .
Forgetfulness, difficulty concentrating and the feeling of “brain fog” are common during this stage.
02
Myth vs. reality
Myth:
“Doing several things at once helps me be more productive.”
Reality:
Constantly switching between tasks forces the brain to repeatedly redirect attention. This shift in focus can increase cognitive load and make it harder to maintain concentration during demanding tasks.
03
Top ingredient
Did you know that Ginkgo biloba is considered a ‘living fossil’²? It is one of the oldest tree species still in existence (more than 200 million years). Today, extracts obtained from its leaves have been studied for their potential involvement in processes related to memory and attention.

9to5 tip
Give your mind a break.
During your workday, alternate periods of concentration with short breaks to stand, walk, or stretch. Brief breaks help reduce mental fatigue and support energy throughout the workday³.
