Energy Functional Snack – Almond & Coconut Mix
There’s a lot of time between one meal and the next one.

THE FACT
8 out of 10 studies find poorer diet quality among shift workers.¹
Changing schedules don’t just alter when we eat; they can also influence what and how we eat.

SOUND FAMILIAR?
Does mid-morning find you searching for something to snack on?
When hunger appears between meals, having an option prepared and close at hand can help you choose more intentionally — even on days when you have little time to think about it.

THE BRIDGE
That is why we developed Energy Functional Snack – Almond & Coconut Mix: a fruit, nut and seed mix containing pumpkin seeds, almonds, coconut, raisins and cranberries, designed as a convenient option for snacking between meals during the working day.

Origin / why
Energy – Almond & Coconut Mix is notable for its magnesium and phosphorus content. Magnesium contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and helps reduce tiredness and fatigue².

9to5 tip
Plan ahead for hunger between meals.
If you usually get hungry in the middle of the morning or afternoon, prepare your snack before starting your workday. Keeping it close at hand — on your desk, in your locker, or in your bag — can help ensure you have an option ready when you need something to eat.
